Bengaluru has achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first city in India to host two World Trade Centers (WTCs). Brigade Group, a leading real estate developer, has announced the launch of WTC Devanahalli, a landmark development located at Devanahalli Aerospace Park Phase-2, spanning 75 acres.
The upcoming World Trade Center campus will feature a comprehensive mix of commercial, residential, and social infrastructure. In addition to the flagship WTC office tower, the project will include a five-star hotel, a convention center, a shopping mall, IT/ITES office buildings, a school, a hospital, a data center, and residential apartments.
Strategic Location Near Key Infrastructure
WTC Devanahalli is strategically situated within Devanahalli Aerospace Park Phase-2. It will be the first-ever commercial project along the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR), a key upcoming infrastructure corridor. The site is located approximately five kilometers east of Devanahalli town and about six kilometers from the East access gate of Kempegowda International Airport (KIAL).
This location offers excellent connectivity and places the project at the heart of Bengaluru’s fast-growing industrial and aerospace corridor.
Expanding Brigade Group’s WTC Network
The new development will be managed by Brigade Group through its wholly owned subsidiary, WTC Trades & Projects Pvt Ltd. Brigade already holds licenses for World Trade Centers in Bengaluru, Kochi, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Thiruvananthapuram, further strengthening its presence across major South Indian cities.
With the addition of WTC Devanahalli, Bengaluru reaffirms its standing as a premier global business destination, offering world-class infrastructure and connectivity for multinational corporations and emerging enterprises alike.
Member Benefits and Industry Ecosystem
Members and businesses operating within WTC Devanahalli will benefit from its proximity to the international airport, strategic access to major highways, and its location within an industrial and aerospace hub. The local ecosystem includes thriving sectors such as aerospace, aviation, defense, electronics, logistics, hospitality, and real estate.
Devanahalli, already recognized as an emerging aerospace hub, is expected to further strengthen its position as a global business and industrial destination with the addition of the WTC campus.
