  1. I’ve been hearing a lot about Prestige Evergreen, the new phase coming up inside Raintree Park in Whitefield. It’s still in pre-launch, so not much is out yet, but from what I’ve seen and heard, it’s shaping up to be a solid project.

    It’s supposed to have 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments, with plenty of open space and all the usual Prestige amenities. What really caught my attention is the location—it’s close to the IT crowd, schools, and the upcoming metro line, which makes it super convenient.

    I’m not booking anything yet since prices and floor plans haven’t been released, but I’m definitely keeping an eye on it. Could be a great option once more details are out.
