April to June 2026 bookings were ₹1,061 Cr, down 5% on a year earlier, though the average price per Sq.Ft. rose 21% (Angel One, 15 Aug 2026). The company is aiming for ₹9,000 Cr of bookings in FY27.

- Sales dipped in FY26. Bookings fell 5% in FY26 and again 5% in April to June 2026, mostly because launches were delayed. Watch whether the FY27 target is met.
- Launch delays happen. The company itself said approval delays pushed launches out, so new projects can start later than first announced.
- Prices are going up. Average price per Sq.Ft. rose about 21% in a year, so newer projects cost more than older Brigade projects nearby.
- Mostly South India. If you want to buy in North or West India, Brigade has little to offer there.

Our verdict. Brigade is a long running, listed South Indian builder with a solid record in Bengaluru, and its public filings make it easier to judge than most. It is a sensible shortlist name for middle income and premium buyers in Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad.
The catch is a soft patch in bookings during FY26 and early FY27, and launches that can slip. Look at the RERA completion date for the exact tower you buy.
