Excellent location, with many futuristic amenities. Descent floor plans and superb specifications with mesmerizing lake view. So I suggest if someone is really looking for a luxury property in and around varture should visit the property and not go by the fake reviews.

Location is good; opposite to the Varthur lake. Flooding concerns were dispelled when it rained heavily this time and there was no flooding. The project plan is also very impressive, with plenty of open and green area. We checked out the model apartment and it was very nice and spacious. The approach road is quite good but it narrows down a bit down the lane. However, you can already see road widening work has started. Feels a bit on the costlier side, but the prices are in line with projects at similar locations by other grade A builders.
