Structure

RCC structure, cement blocks for walls wherever needed

  1. Marble flooring in the lobbies on all floors and marble cladding in the lifts.
  2. Kota stone in the service staircase with textured paint on the walls.

  • Suspended pipeline in all the toilets concealed within a false ceiling.
  • Exhaust fan will be provided.
  • Cement/textured paint on the external walls, and emulsion on the internal walls and ceilings.
  • Enamel paint on all MS railings
  • Entrance door – 8 feet high & 6 feet wide opening with engineered wood frame and panelled double shutter, and teak architrave.
  • Internal Doors – all bedroom doors are 8 feet high and toilet doors 7 feet high with engineered wood frames, teak architraves and flush shutters.
  • External doors – Powder coated aluminium frames and shutters with clear glass and mosquito mesh shutters.
  • Windows – 2 track aluminium frames with provision for mosquito mesh shutters.
  • All railings are of stainless steel and glass.
  • Concealed wiring with PVC insulated copper wires and modular switches. Sufficient power outlets and light point provided.
  • POWER – 10 KVA for single level sky villas, 15 KVA for the duplex units.
  • TV and telephone points provided in the living room and all the bedrooms.

Wardrobes in all the bedrooms.

  • Ductable centralized VRV air conditioning system to cover the entire unit.
  • Designated HVAC area within each unit.
  • All units to have a false ceiling with AC grills for the ducted air conditioning system.
  • Concealed/recessed lighting will be provided in the false ceiling.

    Looks Promising!

    I’ve been hearing a lot about Prestige Evergreen, the new phase coming up inside Raintree Park in Whitefield. It’s still in pre-launch, so not much is out yet, but from what I’ve seen and heard, it’s shaping up to be a solid project.

    It’s supposed to have 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments, with plenty of open space and all the usual Prestige amenities. What really caught my attention is the location—it’s close to the IT crowd, schools, and the upcoming metro line, which makes it super convenient.

    I’m not booking anything yet since prices and floor plans haven’t been released, but I’m definitely keeping an eye on it. Could be a great option once more details are out.
