New Delhi – Prestige Estates Projects Limited has made a spectacular debut in the National Capital Region with The Prestige City, Indirapuram, witnessing a remarkable 80% inventory absorption at launch. This milestone underscores the company’s successful entry into North India and the robust demand for premium residential offerings in the NCR market.
The launch featured two residential towers—Mulberry and Oakwood—spanning a combined 9.64 million square feet. These projects form part of an integrated township development in Indirapuram, strategically located near major arterial roads, educational institutions, business hubs, and metro connectivity.
The project’s launch attracted overwhelming buyer interest, with units being booked within days of opening. According to the company, the strong uptake was driven by a combination of thoughtful planning, competitive pricing, and the trusted brand reputation of Prestige.

The successful debut of The Prestige City has also played a pivotal role in Prestige’s record Q1 performance. The NCR region contributed 59% of the company’s total Q1 FY26 sales, positioning it as the top-performing region in the quarter.
