Following the recent announcement of its 14-acre residential development in Hoskote, Godrej Properties has now shared key specifications of the upcoming project. The new township, strategically located in Dodda Amanikere—an emerging suburb in East Bengaluru—will feature five high-rise residential towers, each designed to rise 36 floors above ground, in addition to 2 basement levels, a lower ground, and an upper ground floor.
As per the latest development plan, the project will comprise approximately 1,450 apartment units, making it one of the largest vertical residential communities in the Hoskote region.
Location Advantage: Dodda Amanikere, Near Hoskote
The site is situated close to NH 648, offering excellent connectivity to the wider Bengaluru metropolitan region. The Dodda Amanikere micro-market is gaining attention for its growth potential, driven by improved infrastructure, proximity to industrial corridors, and access to employment hubs such as Whitefield and KR Puram.
Development Snapshot
With its vertical scale and expansive layout, the project is likely to include a mix of 1, 2, and 3 BHK configurations, although unit details are yet to be officially disclosed. Godrej is also expected to introduce a wide range of community amenities, in line with its focus on premium, self-sustained living environments.
This construction update comes shortly after Godrej Properties announced the ₹1,500 crore development potential of the site in June 2025, marking a significant investment in East Bengaluru’s residential landscape.
