Mumbai — Arkade Developers has acquired redevelopment rights for Nutan Ayojan, a 6,858.90 m² cooperative housing society in Malad West, Mumbai. The project is expected to generate a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹740 crore.

Amit Jain, Chairman & Managing Director of Arkade Developers, stated that redevelopment initiatives in key micro-markets—such as Malad and Goregaon—are critical to the company’s growth. This new project adds to Arkade’s growing presence in the western suburbs of Mumbai.
Earlier this month, Arkade also secured redevelopment rights for a residential society in Goregaon West (Bangur Nagar), a project with an estimated GDV of ₹350 crore over a 1.1-acre plot.
