Real estate developer Candeur Constructions has submitted a revised proposal for a large-scale mixed-use development in Varthur, Bengaluru, marking a significant update in configuration from its earlier plans.
According to the updated proposal, the ambitious project will comprise 2,070 residential units, with the residential segment designed across 10 high-rise towers labeled A to J. Each tower is planned with a structure of 3 basements, ground floor, and 32 upper floors (3B+G+32UF), reflecting the developer’s focus on vertical living and urban density in a fast-growing tech corridor.
In addition to the towers, the layout also includes 7 premium villas, each designed as G+2UF, providing a low-rise alternative for buyers seeking private and spacious homes within the same community.
The proposed plan also integrates a commercial component, with 2 commercial blocks structured as 2 basements, ground floor, and 5 upper floors (2B+G+5UF). This addition is expected to offer retail, office, or service-based infrastructure to support residents and enhance the project’s self-sustainability.
The Varthur region, located in the eastern part of Bengaluru near Whitefield and Sarjapur Road, continues to attract major residential and commercial investments due to its proximity to IT hubs, international schools, and upcoming metro connectivity. Candeur’s project is likely to benefit from this strategic location, appealing to both end-users and investors.
The development is still in the pre-approval stage, and more detailed specifications, pricing, amenities, and launch timelines are expected to be announced soon.
