Bengaluru – Prestige Group’s landmark residential development, Prestige Raintree Park, has emerged as the highest-grossing project of FY25, clocking impressive bookings worth ₹30,440 million (₹3,044 crore). This achievement underlines the project’s exceptional market response and reinforces Whitefield’s position as a high-demand micro-market in Bengaluru.

Situated in the heart of Whitefield, Prestige Raintree Park has attracted strong interest due to its integrated township design, proximity to IT hubs, and access to educational institutions, retail, and healthcare infrastructure. Backed by the trust and reputation of the Prestige brand, the project has set a new benchmark in premium residential offerings in the city.

A Shift in Buyer Preferences

The success of Prestige Raintree Park highlights a broader shift in homebuyer preferences toward large-scale, self-sufficient townships. With a developable area of 5.47 million sq. ft. and a gross development value (GDV) of ₹42,443 million, Prestige Evergreen is expected to carry forward the success of its predecessor while introducing enhanced design and lifestyle features. The upcoming phase is likely to attract both repeat and new buyers drawn to the Raintree Park ecosystem.

Prestige Group’s Strong FY25 Performance

Prestige Estates delivered solid sales performance across India in FY25, with total residential bookings exceeding ₹2.10 lakh crore. Other top-performing projects included:

  • Prestige Nautilus, Mumbai – ₹23,857 Mn
  • The Prestige City, Hyderabad – ₹18,254 Mn
  • Prestige Southern Star Phase I, Bengaluru – ₹13,821 Mn

However, Prestige Raintree Park stood out as the single largest contributor to the Group’s annual residential revenue.

Outlook for FY26

With an ambitious pipeline of 44.8 million sq. ft. of new launches across key cities such as Bengaluru, NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Goa, and Chennai, Prestige Group is aiming to strengthen its leadership in the Indian real estate market. The upcoming launch of Prestige Evergreen within the Raintree Park township is expected to be a key highlight of FY26, offering buyers another opportunity to invest in a thriving, future-focused community.
