Bengaluru, April 2025 — Leading real estate player Puravankara Developers has proposed a large-scale residential township in the fast-developing Aerospace Park corridor of North Bengaluru. The project site is strategically located opposite Kalyani LivingTree, offering excellent connectivity and growth potential.
As per the proposal, the development will comprise 12 residential towers with a configuration of 2 basements + ground + 36 upper floors (2B+G+36F).
