Mumbai – Prestige Estates Projects Limited has achieved a major milestone by completing its first-ever residential projects in Mumbai, signaling its successful entry into India’s most competitive real estate market. The company delivered two key developments in Q1 FY26—Prestige Jasdan Classic and Siesta @ TPC Mulund—together spanning 2.15 million square feet.
- Prestige Jasdan Classic (0.78 Mn sq. ft.) is a luxury residential tower located in South Mumbai, offering panoramic views, high-end amenities, and premium design tailored for urban lifestyles.
- Siesta @ TPC Mulund (1.37 Mn sq. ft.) brings a modern residential enclave to Mulund, a rapidly developing suburb with excellent connectivity and social infrastructure.
These handovers represent Prestige’s growing influence beyond South India, reflecting its intent to become a pan-India brand. The company emphasized that both projects were completed within 3.5 years, a notable achievement in a high-regulation, high-density urban environment like Mumbai.

The Mumbai completions are part of a broader Q1 delivery portfolio of 5.45 million square feet across five cities. These handovers also contributed to the company’s highest-ever quarterly collections of ₹4,522 crore.
Prestige’s entry into Mumbai has laid the groundwork for future launches and ongoing developments, including the marquee “The Prestige” project in Mahalaxmi, where the rehabilitation tower has also been completed to pave way for main tower construction.
