Real-estate developer Prestige Group has announced the launch of “The Prestige Place”, a new sub-brand positioned for high-end mixed-use developments in India’s major property markets. The brand is designed to deliver integrated developments that combine hospitality, branded residences, premium homes, offices and retail under one campus.
According to statements, the company has earmarked two large-scale projects under this brand: one in Mumbai, in the upscale Worli area spanning approximately 17 acres in a slum redevelopment zone, and another in Hyderabad, at Budvel. The Mumbai project is planned in partnership with Valor Estates Ltd (formerly DB Realty) and will feature a Hilton hotel, branded residences, apartments, offices and a Forum Mall. The Hyderabad development is expected to include a St. Regis hotel alongside residences, offices and retail.
As part of its wider strategy, Prestige Group intends to replicate this premium mixed-use format in other cities including Bengaluru and the National Capital Region (NCR) by leveraging the new brand. The move represents a shift from conventional residential or office-led projects to full-campus destinations combining multiple real-estate components.
The company has noted that the portfolio already includes residential, office and retail assets, but the new brand aims to provide a distinct identity for premium integrated developments. With this initiative, Prestige Group seeks to address evolving demand for lifestyle-driven, amenity-rich, destination developments in India’s major metros.
