Century Real Estate, one of Bengaluru’s leading property developers, has announced the launch of a large-scale mixed-use project in East Bengaluru, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹3,000 crore. The upcoming development will span around 14 acres and is located off the Outer Ring Road (ORR), one of the city’s most prominent commercial and residential corridors.

The project, tentatively titled ‘Century Silicon City’, will feature a mix of residential, commercial, and retail spaces designed to meet the growing demand for integrated living in Bengaluru. It will encompass approximately 1.7 million sq. ft. of residential development, comprising around 750 premium apartments, along with about 0.5 million sq. ft. of office and retail space. The development aims to offer a seamless live-work-play environment for urban professionals and families seeking modern amenities within a single community.

Strategically positioned near Marathahalli, the project enjoys proximity to major IT hubs such as Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, and Indiranagar. The location is well-connected through the Outer Ring Road and upcoming metro lines, ensuring smooth access to key parts of the city. This makes it an attractive destination for both homebuyers and investors looking for long-term value in East Bengaluru’s growing real estate market.

Century Real Estate has collaborated with the global design firm Belt Collins to create an urban ecosystem that blends functionality with aesthetics.
