TRU Aquapolis is a Karnataka RERA-approved premium residential development by TRU Dwellings Pvt Ltd on Varthur Road near Nexus Whitefield Mall, Varthur Village, Varthur Hobli, Bengaluru East, Karnataka 560087. The full development spans seven towers, 666 apartments, and 8.25 acres overlooking Varthur Lake. Phase 1 of TRU Aquapolis, comprising Towers E, F, and G (310 apartments across three towers), is registered under Karnataka RERA as PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/040625/007808 with construction started 01 May 2025 and Phase 1 proposed completion on 30 April 2029.

The site at TRU Aquapolis is positioned on Varthur Road with Varthur Lake as the natural western boundary, giving west-facing apartments direct lake views and giving the community a green-water setting unusual in the Whitefield high-rise belt. The master plan at TRU Aquapolis is designed around more than 80 percent open spaces – meaning landscaped gardens, courts, pathways, and the lake-facing zones collectively exceed the built-up footprint of the towers.
