Bengaluru, known for its thriving tech ecosystem, is set to welcome another large-scale commercial project by Embassy Group — the East Business Park, an expansive tech hub spread across a built-up area (BUA) of 12.4 million sq. ft. The development aims to strengthen the city’s position as India’s leading IT and business destination.
The project comprises 15 blocks designed for mixed-use purposes, integrating office, commercial, and business spaces. Block 1, currently under construction, features a configuration of 2 basements, a ground floor, and 16 upper floors, covering a total area of 750,000 sq. ft. This phase underscores Embassy’s commitment to delivering large, sustainable, and future-ready workspaces in strategic city zones.
Earlier this year, Lam Research, a global semiconductor equipment manufacturer, acquired two blocks within the same development. The purchase highlights the growing demand for world-class business infrastructure in East Bengaluru, driven by the city’s well-established connectivity, workforce availability, and commercial potential.
The East Business Park project further strengthens Embassy’s extensive commercial portfolio, which already includes some of the most prominent business parks in India. With its scale, integrated planning, and strategic location, the upcoming park is expected to attract a diverse range of occupiers, from IT firms to research and innovation centers.
As construction progresses, Embassy Group’s East Business Park stands as a testament to Bengaluru’s evolving skyline and its continued appeal to global enterprises looking for long-term growth opportunities in India’s tech capital.
