Godrej Properties has submitted a proposal seeking approval for its upcoming mixed-use development project in Yelahanka, one of North Bengaluru’s fast-growing residential and commercial zones.
According to project details, the development will feature nine residential towers with configurations of 4 basements + ground + 15 upper floors + terrace, comprising approximately 840 premium residential units. The design also includes one retail block (mall) structured as 4 basements + ground + 2 floors, adding a commercial element to the residential community.
The proposed project site is strategically located close to major arterial routes and civic infrastructure, enhancing connectivity to Bengaluru International Airport, Hebbal, and key employment hubs across North Bengaluru. The upcoming Peripheral Ring Road (PRR) is set to pass through a cloverleaf junction just outside the project site, further improving accessibility. This positioning also offers the project expansive views of the arterial roads, enhancing its overall appeal and visibility.
The Yelahanka region has witnessed rapid infrastructure development in recent years, with improved road networks, growing educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and business hubs. The Godrej project is expected to align with the ongoing transformation of the locality into a major real-estate destination in the northern corridor.
In addition to the Yelahanka project, Godrej Properties is preparing to launch Godrej Hoskote and Godrej Aravya Estate in Bengaluru soon, further strengthening the developer’s footprint in the city’s residential landscape.
With a mix of residential and retail components, the proposed Yelahanka project underscores the developer’s focus on integrated urban living spaces that cater to evolving lifestyle and commercial needs.
