Standard Chartered Bank has sold a premium office space in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex for ₹197 crore. The deal highlights continued demand for high-value commercial properties in one of India’s most expensive business districts.
The transaction was registered in early February 2026, as per property registration records. The office unit is located in Parinee Crescenzo, a well-known commercial tower in BKC. The buyer is Advanced Realty Private Limited.
The property has a chargeable area of around 28,500 square feet. The carpet area is approximately 27,000 square feet. The deal also includes 27 car parking spaces. Based on the transaction value, the price works out to nearly ₹69,000 per square foot on a chargeable area basis.
Bandra Kurla Complex continues to be Mumbai’s key central business district. It is home to banks, financial institutions, multinational companies, and global consulting firms. Due to limited supply and strong demand, office prices in BKC remain among the highest in the country.
Parinee Crescenzo is part of the Crescenzo business district. It is known for modern infrastructure, quality office spaces, and strong connectivity. Commercial properties in this micro-market attract both investors and end users looking for long-term stability.
Industry observers note that many corporates are selling owned office assets to unlock capital. This strategy allows companies to improve liquidity while continuing operations through leased premises or alternate locations. Such transactions have become more common in major commercial hubs across India.
Despite changes in work patterns, demand for Grade-A office space in prime locations remains steady. Well-located business districts like BKC continue to see consistent interest from buyers and investors.
