In one line. Big, premium family homes from a Bengaluru (Bangalore) brand, in the middle of Whitefield’s IT belt, with keys in about three and a half years.
What you are buying. 206 homes in three towers on 4.35 acres. That is fewer homes per acre than most Whitefield projects, so common areas are less crowded. There are two home types: a 3 BHK with a study and powder room (often called 3.5 BHK) of 2,765 to 2,933 Sq.Ft., and a 4 BHK with a maid’s room of 3,862 Sq.Ft. These sizes include walls and a share of common areas.
What it costs. From ₹4.62 Cr for the 3 BHK + study and ₹6.67 Cr for the 4 BHK. That works out to about ₹16,700 per Sq.Ft., which is the luxury end of Whitefield.
Where it is. In Whitefield, about 2.5 km from Kadugodi metro station on the Purple Line and about 3 km from ITPL, one of the biggest tech parks in the city.
Is it approved? Yes. Karnataka RERA, the state body that registers projects and protects buyers, registered it on 30 June 2025 under PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/300625/007888. Under RERA, the builder must keep 70% of buyers’ money in a separate account for this project and must finish by the registered date, March 2030.
How fast it is selling. 83 of 206 homes (40.3%) were booked by 15 October 2026, up from 68 (33.0%) on 15 July. That is about five homes a month, a normal pace for homes above ₹4.5 Cr. It also means you still have a wide choice of tower, floor and facing.
How far along it is. Construction was about 30% done in March 2026.

Brigade Avalon Review: Is It a Good Buy?
Our verdict. Brigade Avalon is a project for living in, not for a quick profit. You get very large homes from a builder with a long Bengaluru record, close to ITPL and the metro.
Good for: families upgrading from a smaller flat who want space, a study and a maid’s room near Whitefield’s tech parks.
Think twice if: your budget is under ₹4.5 Cr, or you want an investment you can sell quickly.
