Prestige Estates Projects Limited, one of India’s most trusted and diversified real estate developers, has announced record-breaking sales of ₹1,81,437 million in the first half of FY26 — a stunning 157% year-on-year growth, surpassing its total FY25 performance. The achievement reflects Prestige’s strong execution capabilities, robust demand across markets, and a healthy launch pipeline.
During Q2 FY26, Prestige recorded sales of ₹60,173 million, marking a 50% year-on-year growth. Total sales volume for the quarter stood at 4.42 million sq. ft., translating to 2,069 units sold. Collections remained solid at ₹42,128 million for the quarter and ₹87,356 million for the half year — a 55% increase over the same period last year.
The Group’s growth was well-balanced across geographies, with NCR contributing 45%, followed by Bengaluru (27%), Mumbai (16%), Hyderabad (7%), and Chennai (4%). Flagship projects such as Prestige Nautilus in Mumbai and The Prestige City Indirapuram (NCR) saw remarkable sales momentum, reaffirming the brand’s pan-India strength.
In Bengaluru, Prestige continues to expand its footprint with several premium launches. The company recently unveiled Prestige Crystal Lawns — a plotted development on IVC Road offering exclusive residential plots with superior connectivity and green surroundings. It is also gearing up for the upcoming launch of Prestige Evergreen in Whitefield, a premium residential enclave designed to redefine luxury living in East Bengaluru.
During H1 FY26, Prestige launched 18.81 million sq. ft. of new projects worth ₹1,75,922 million in gross development value (GDV) and completed 7.99 million sq. ft. across key developments, including Aspen Greens and Avalon Park at The Prestige City, Bengaluru.
The office segment remained strong with 2.3 million sq. ft. leased during Q2 and a healthy occupancy rate of 93.42%, while the retail portfolio recorded turnover of ₹6,236 million with 99% occupancy and growing footfalls of 4.8 million visitors.
