Embassy Group is set to develop a large-scale integrated township, Embassy Knowledge Park, in North Bengaluru. The proposed project spans 117 acres and will include a mix of commercial and residential developments.
Currently in the design and planning stage, the project is envisioned as a major mixed-use hub, combining business, technology, and modern urban living. The land-use options are under evaluation, with the commercial segment expected to anchor the development.
Once completed, Embassy Knowledge Park is likely to emerge as a key growth driver in North Bengaluru’s expanding real estate corridor, strengthening the region’s position as a major commercial destination.
