The group sold 12.58 million sq. ft. of area during FY25, with an impressive average realization of ₹14,113 per sq. ft. Collections stood at ₹120,840 million, ensuring steady cash flows and long-term financial resilience.

Residential real estate remained the largest contributor to Prestige Group Sales, with flagship projects in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad seeing strong buyer interest. Developments such as Prestige Raintree Park, Prestige Southern Star, and Prestige Nautilus generated significant sales momentum, highlighting the brand’s premium positioning in India’s housing market.
