Satya Group and Maple Group have announced plans to develop a ₹1,600 crore luxury residential project on Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram, marking one of the major high-value investments in this rapidly expanding real estate corridor. The new development, named Levante Residences, will be constructed on a five-acre land parcel in Sector 104, a location that has emerged as a preferred destination for premium homebuyers due to its connectivity and infrastructure growth.
The project will feature three high-rise towers of up to 47 floors, offering a total of 488 residential units. The configuration includes 3-BHK, 4-BHK, and 5-BHK apartments aimed at luxury buyers seeking spacious layouts and modern amenities. Construction of Levante Residences is scheduled to begin in January 2026, with the developers targeting completion by 2030. The total project cost will be met through promoter equity, financial backing, and internal accruals, while the estimated sales realisation is expected to cross ₹2,000 crore upon completion.
Sector 104 along Dwarka Expressway continues to see rising demand as the region benefits from enhanced connectivity to major hubs such as IGI Airport, Cyber City, and National Highway 48. The expressway itself has become a major catalyst for real estate activity in Gurugram, prompting leading developers to launch high-end residential projects in the vicinity. Improved infrastructure, multiple commercial developments, and the increasing preference for larger homes have further boosted the area’s appeal among end-users and investors.
