Why buyers choose Adarsh Developers
- Long track record. Adarsh has been building in Bengaluru for more than 35 years under the same founder.
- Big finished communities. Projects like Palm Meadows show how its older communities have held up over time.
- Institutional money. HDFC Capital backed a large part of its housing pipeline and has exited two of four investments with reported returns of about 20%, which suggests those projects sold and were built.
- Choice of formats. You can find apartments, villas and plots from the same builder.
Know before you buy
- Private company. Adarsh does not publish quarterly results, so you see less of its finances than with a listed builder.
- Only Bengaluru. The brand is strong in Bengaluru but has no presence in other cities.
- Long build times. Large townships are built in phases over several years. Check the RERA possession date for your phase.
- Several companies. Adarsh uses different company names for different projects. Check which one signs your agreement.
- Mostly premium. Much of its range sits above ₹1.5 Cr.

Our verdict on Adarsh Developers
Our verdict. Adarsh is one of Bengaluru's long running builders, with well known finished communities and serious institutional backing. For a buyer who wants a large gated community in Bengaluru, it deserves a place on the shortlist.
The trade-off is that it is private, so you rely on project level papers and the experience of past buyers rather than public results.
Good for you if
- You want a large gated community in Bengaluru.
- You value a builder with more than 35 years of local history.
- You are looking at villas or plots as well as flats.
Think twice if
- Buyers who want a stock market listed builder.
- Buyers who need a home outside Bengaluru.
- Buyers who want quick possession on a new launch.
