How big they are. Living Walls is a boutique builder. Its website lists a handful of sold-out projects, including Another Sky near Horamavu, Secret Soil in Hennur and In The Hills in Chikmagalur. It does not publish total homes delivered or sales figures.
What they build. The company focuses on design-led homes in small numbers. Current work includes True North, a two-tower apartment project on Hennur Road (Karnataka RERA PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/050824/006961, possession listed for June 2028), and Hush Fields, a plotted layout on Hennur Bagalur Road. It also builds some office space.
How they are doing now. Portal updates show True North at about 35% construction as of 31 July 2026. The website lists several new projects as coming soon, including homes in Jakkur and Coorg.
