Bhandup West — New Projects & Properties

Bhandup West sits on the eastern spine of Mumbai, along LBS Marg between the Eastern Express Highway and the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. Much of its new housing supply comes from the redevelopment of old industrial and mill land rather than from open plots. The pocket is being reshaped by two projects still under construction: Metro Line 4 along LBS Marg and the Goregaon Mulund Link Road, the east to west tunnel corridor beneath the national park.
