Chembur — New Projects & Properties

Chembur sits in the eastern suburbs of Mumbai, between the Eastern Freeway, the Santacruz Chembur Link Road and the refinery belt at Trombay. It is one of the few pockets of the city that kept its bungalow character, and the Bombay Presidency Golf Club, the Acres Club and Chembur Fine Arts Society are all within it. The suburb has a long association with Hindi cinema through R.K. Studios and the Kapoor family, and much of its newer housing supply comes from redeveloped bungalow and studio plots.
