About Prestige New Launch in Mysore
Prestige New Launch in Mysore is a new gated apartment community by Prestige Group in Rajendra Nagar, on the north-east side of Mysuru (Mysore). It is planned on a 3.90-acre site with 230 homes in two towers, each with two basements, a ground floor and eleven upper floors.
The mix runs from 2 BHK homes of about 1,200 to 1,300 sq ft to 4 BHK homes with five bathrooms and a maid’s room of about 2,550 to 2,650 sq ft. In between are 3 BHK homes in three sizes: two-bathroom units of about 1,500 to 1,600 sq ft, three-bathroom units of about 1,750 to 1,800 sq ft and large three-bathroom units of about 2,020 to 2,100 sq ft.
At about 59 homes per acre, the density is moderate for a high-rise project, leaving room for open space between the two towers. Prestige says the Mysore Ring Road is about 5 minutes away, the railway station and suburban bus stand about 10 minutes, and Mysore Palace and the KR Circle and Sayyaji Rao Road shopping district about 15 minutes.
The project is at the pre-launch stage. Prices, the RERA registration and the possession date have not been announced yet.

Prestige New Launch in Mysore brings a branded, gated high-rise to a well-connected pocket of north-east Mysuru, close to the Ring Road, the railway station, good schools and several large hospitals. With 230 homes on 3.90 acres and sizes from 1,200 to 2,650 sq ft, it is aimed at families and upgraders rather than first-time budget buyers.
It is still at the pre-launch stage. Wait for the RERA registration, the price list and the possession date before paying any booking amount, and compare carpet areas once they are published, since only saleable sizes are known today.
