How they are doing now. Several towers at Candeur Lakescape topped out between September 2025 and March 2026. Candeur Eternia, its newest Hyderabad project, lists possession in December 2030.

Our verdict. Candeur is a serious high-rise builder in west Hyderabad, and it has already handed over very tall towers. If you want a high-floor home near the city's IT areas, it is a strong name to shortlist.
The trade-off is less public financial information than a listed company, long build times on tall towers and higher upkeep costs.
