Bengaluru-based real estate major Brigade Group has proposed a new high-rise residential development on Budigere Main Road, further expanding its footprint in the city’s rapidly growing eastern corridor.
According to the company’s proposal, the project will comprise two residential towers, each rising 45 floors above ground with three basement levels (3B+G+45), reaching a total height of approximately 140 metres. The development will feature around 700 premium residential units, offering a blend of modern architecture and lifestyle-driven amenities.
The total estimated project cost stands at ₹190 crore, and the construction period is expected to span 36 months from commencement.
Brigade Enterprises recently launched Brigade Avalon and Brigade Lakecrest, further strengthening its residential portfolio across Bengaluru’s key growth corridors.
With this upcoming project, Brigade aims to cater to the increasing demand for high-rise living in well-connected locations like Budigere Main Road — an area witnessing rapid residential and infrastructural growth.
