Kandivali East — New Projects & Properties

Kandivali East sits in the northern stretch of Mumbai western suburbs, between the Western Express Highway and the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. Akurli Road and Mahavir Nagar carry most of its newer residential supply, much of it on large redeveloped parcels rather than small plots. Metro Line 7 runs overhead with stations at Akurli and Poisar, and three proposed corridors, the Mumbai Coastal Road, the Thane Borivali twin tunnel and the Goregaon Mulund Link Road, are expected to reshape access further.
