Indicative all-inclusive pricing works out to about ₹8,000 per Sq.Ft. of land: roughly ₹96 Lakhs for 1,200 Sq.Ft., ₹1.44 Cr for 1,800 Sq.Ft., ₹1.92 Cr for 2,400 Sq.Ft. and ₹3.20 Cr for 4,000 Sq.Ft.
Infrastructure includes asphalted roads with kerbs, avenue trees on every street, underground power cabling to each plot, data ducting, a sewage treatment plant, rainwater harvesting and storm-water drains. The clubhouse plan has a pool, gym, courts, amphitheatre, café and a children’s library, with an elevated compound wall and CCTV around the site.
Final approvals are still in progress, so this is a pre-launch opportunity. We are registering interest now, and handover of developed plots is targeted for mid 2028.
