Office asset sale
Puravankara also sold its Purva Zentech commercial asset to an entity backed by ICICI Prudential AMC, at a value of about ₹626 crore, by transferring its shareholding in Purva Ruby Properties Private Limited. Managing director Ashish Puravankara said the focus is on scaling the business while keeping pricing, capital and execution disciplined.
What it means for home buyers
A 32% rise in average price in one year shows how quickly new launch pricing is moving in Bengaluru, particularly in the premium Purva range. Higher collections and asset sales give the developer more cash to fund construction on running projects.
