Crest Ventures Ltd has formed a strategic joint venture to develop a premium Mumbai real estate project with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹1,850 crore. The development will be undertaken through the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Crest Urban Living, in partnership with Vensco Projects LLP under a joint development agreement.
The upcoming project will be located in Chembur, Mumbai, a well-established residential micro-market known for strong connectivity and infrastructure. Spread across a 2.5-acre land parcel on Golf Course Road, the development will cover nearly 11,000 square metres and offer around 5 lakh square feet of saleable area. The project is expected to feature luxury residential apartments designed to cater to growing demand for high-quality urban housing.
