Kalpataru Projects Q3 results
Kalpataru Projects reports strong Q3 results with revenue growth of over 16% and standalone profit rising 34%, driven by steady execution across infrastructure and EPC businesses.

Kalpataru Projects International Ltd delivered a strong financial performance in the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, supported by steady execution across its core businesses. The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹6,665 crore, marking a year-on-year growth of over 16 percent compared with the same quarter last year.

The improvement in revenue was driven by healthy progress in ongoing projects across domestic and international markets. Key segments such as power transmission and distribution, buildings and factories, and infrastructure continued to contribute to overall growth.

On a standalone basis, profit after tax rose sharply by around 34 percent to ₹211 crore during the quarter. The rise in profit reflected better execution, improved operational efficiency, and controlled project costs. On a consolidated level, net profit increased by nearly 7 percent year-on-year to about ₹150 crore. The slower growth in consolidated profit was mainly due to regulatory adjustments and cost-related pressures.

Operating performance remained stable despite margin pressure during the quarter. Higher input costs and certain one-time factors impacted profitability. However, the company maintained execution momentum and project discipline across business verticals.

Kalpataru Projects operates across multiple infrastructure segments, including power transmission, buildings and factories, railways, oil and gas, water, and urban infrastructure. The diversified business model helped the company manage risks and support revenue growth during the quarter.

The order book stood at over ₹63,000 crore at the end of the quarter. This provides strong revenue visibility for the coming years. The healthy pipeline reflects continued demand for infrastructure development across sectors and regions.

With a strong order book and stable demand conditions, the company remains positioned to benefit from ongoing infrastructure investments. The Q3 performance highlights Kalpataru Projects’ ability to deliver consistent results while navigating cost and regulatory challenges.
