A redevelopment design has been proposed for the E2 Block at Manyata Tech Park in North Bengaluru. The proposal highlights ongoing efforts to upgrade infrastructure within one of Bengaluru’s most established commercial office hubs.

The E2 Block, also known as Silver Oak, is an existing operational office building within Embassy Manyata Business Park. It currently offers Grade A commercial office space and accommodates several corporate occupiers. The proposed redevelopment aims to modernise the building and improve overall space efficiency.

As per the proposal, the plan involves consolidating the E2 Block with other E-series blocks and associated parking facilities into a single integrated development. This approach is expected to optimise land use and support the creation of larger, flexible office floor plates. The updated design may also include improved building services, better internal circulation, and upgraded common amenities.

The redevelopment forms part of a broader transformation at Manyata Tech Park. Older structures within the campus are being evaluated for redevelopment to support higher-density office development. Such projects typically require statutory approvals, including planning and environmental clearances, before construction begins.

Manyata Tech Park is located along the Outer Ring Road near Nagavara in North Bengaluru. It is one of the largest IT and commercial business parks in the city. The campus houses several domestic and multinational companies and continues to attract strong leasing interest due to its established infrastructure and connectivity.
