Sobha Limited is working on a new township proposal in Hoskote, with early master plan visuals indicating a large-scale development centred around a grand central park and extensive open spaces. The project is currently in the pre-launch stage, and official details are yet to be announced.
According to preliminary information, the township layout features natural water bodies, landscaped corridors, and a design approach aimed at reducing land wastage through efficient planning. The zoning indicates organised residential clusters supported by dedicated amenity areas and internal circulation networks.

The design also shows two proposed entry and exit points, planned to streamline access to major connecting roads in the Hoskote region. The overall layout suggests a mix of high-rise structures and open spaces, reflecting a balanced-density approach.
Recent reports have also indicated that Sobha is planning some of Bengaluru’s tallest residential towers near Hoskote, with proposed heights reaching up to 175 metres. While not officially linked to the township, the scale and format of the master plan appear consistent with large-format vertical development.
Hoskote continues to develop as a residential and industrial corridor, supported by ongoing regional infrastructure upgrades. The township’s pre-launch status means further specifics—including unit configurations, pricing, and timelines—will be available once Sobha releases formal project information.
The upcoming Sobha Hoskote Township is expected to draw interest from homebuyers and observers tracking large-scale developments in East Bengaluru. More clarity is anticipated after the official launch.
