Prestige Estates Projects Limited reported record residential sales of ₹22,300 crore during the first nine months of FY26, marking its highest-ever sales performance for a comparable period, according to the company’s Q3 & 9M FY26 investor presentation. The strong performance was supported by sustained housing demand, timely project launches and steady buyer traction across key Indian real estate markets.
During Q3 FY26 alone, Prestige Estates recorded residential sales of ₹7,467 crore, reflecting consistent momentum across both ongoing and newly launched projects. The company attributed the performance to healthy demand in the mid-income and premium housing segments, particularly in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai, which continue to be its core residential markets.
Collections during the nine-month period stood at ₹13,200 crore, indicating stable cash inflows and effective conversion of sales bookings into receipts. Strong collections supported construction activity across projects and helped maintain operational liquidity during the quarter. Prestige Estates stated that execution discipline and delivery schedules remain a key focus as it scales its residential portfolio.
The company launched multiple residential projects across 9M FY26, contributing to an aggregate launch pipeline of over 25 million square feet. These launches were spread across major urban micro-markets with established infrastructure and demand visibility. Prestige’s residential portfolio now comprises over 42 million square feet of ongoing projects, reinforcing its position among India’s largest listed real estate developers.
Bengaluru continued to contribute a significant share of residential sales, followed by Hyderabad and Chennai. Prestige Estates also reported early traction in select projects outside its traditional southern markets, reflecting gradual geographic diversification.
The company maintained that residential demand remains end-user driven, supported by stable home loan availability and preference for branded developers with a track record of delivery. Prestige Estates reiterated its focus on calibrated launches aligned with market absorption levels rather than aggressive supply additions.
With strong sales visibility, a healthy launch pipeline and sustained collections, Prestige Estates’ residential business continues to form the backbone of its overall growth strategy for FY26 and beyond.
