BENGALURU, January 15, 2026 – Prestige Estates Projects Limited has reported a historic operational performance for the first nine months of FY26, shattering previous full-year records in both sales and collections. The developer announced pre-sales of ₹223,273 million for the period ended December 31, 2025, marking a staggering 122% year-on-year growth.
Buoyed by this momentum, the company has kicked off the new year with the launch of Prestige Evergreen in Whitefield and is reportedly gearing up for the highly anticipated launch of Prestige City 2.0 in early 2026.
Record-Breaking Operational Numbers
In its Q3 FY26 operational update, Prestige Estates revealed that it achieved its highest-ever sales and collections figures within just nine months, exceeding peaks set in previous full financial years.
Quarterly Sales: Q3 FY26 pre-sales stood at ₹41,836 million, a 39% increase year-on-year.
Sales Volume: The volume for the quarter was 2.99 million sq. ft., with average realization rising 6% to ₹14,459 per sq. ft.
Collections: Collections reached a record ₹132,833 million for the nine-month period, reflecting strong cash flow and execution discipline.
Recent Launch: Prestige Evergreen (Whitefield)
Following a strong Q3, Prestige Group has maintained its aggressive pace with the recent launch of Prestige Evergreen in Whitefield, Bengaluru. Positioned as a premium residential development, Prestige Evergreen is part of the larger Prestige Raintree Park township and was officially inaugurated in January 2026. This latest launch capitalizes on the sustained demand in the Whitefield-Varthur corridor, offering nature-integrated living with access to massive tech parks.
Future Pipeline: Prestige City 2.0
Looking ahead, market reports indicate that Prestige is planning to launch Prestige City 2.0 (also referred to as Phase 2 of The Prestige City) in early 2026. This expansion on Sarjapur Road is expected to include new luxury clusters like “Prestige Fernleaf” and “Prestige Eaton Park,” further scaling the integrated township model that has driven significant volume for the developer in recent years.
Mumbai Leads Q3 Geographic Mix
A notable shift was observed in the geographical sales mix for Q3 FY26. Mumbai emerged as the top contributor, accounting for 36% of total sales, surpassing Bengaluru, which contributed 25%. Hyderabad and NCR followed with 16% each.
New Launches: Q3 saw the launch of Prestige Garden Trails in Mumbai (2.10 mn sq. ft.) and Forum @ The Prestige City in Hyderabad (1.71 mn sq. ft.).
