HPR Shades of Green Review: Is It a Good Buy?
Shades of Green is a small, single-typology villa community, and that focus is its main strength. Eighty-three homes on four and a half acres is genuinely low density, and restricting the entire scheme to one 4 BHK format avoids the mismatch that occurs when villas and apartments share a compound.
Kannuru sits in the pocket between Thanisandra, Hennur Road and the airport corridor. Proximity to Hennur–Bagalur Road is the location’s real asset, and Bhartiya City nearby has pulled retail and schooling into the area faster than the surrounding civic infrastructure has kept up. Traffic toward Manyata and the ORR remains the standing complaint.
Two things deserve scrutiny before committing. The second is that HPR, while established in Hyderabad, is early in Bengaluru, so the usual checks on escrow, quarterly progress filings and the construction schedule matter more than they would with a developer holding a long local delivery history.
