Kalyani Living Tree is Kalyani Developers’ first large residential township, set inside KIADB Aerospace Park at Bagalur in North Bengaluru. The master plan, called Flowing Roots, arranges ten high-rise towers over two phases around a long central green, so most homes look onto landscaped lawns, tree-lined internal roads and open courts rather than onto another tower.
