Purva Star Reach is a single residential tower by Puravankara at Thrikkakara, Kakkanad, on the Seaport-Airport Road corridor in Kochi. The project is registered with the Kerala Real Estate Regulatory Authority under K-RERA/PRJ/ERN/126/2026.
The tower rises G+30 and holds 119 residences on a 1.87-acre site, with around 80 percent of the site left as open and landscaped area. Every floor carries four homes, one in each arm of a cross-shaped plate. Because the arms radiate from a central core, no two homes share a wall, and each residence opens on three sides with three balconies.
All homes are 3 BHK plus staff. Four unit series run through the tower: Series 1 faces south, Series 2 west, Series 3 north and Series 4 east. Saleable areas run from 2,019.06 Sq.Ft. to 2,082.93 Sq.Ft., with RERA carpet areas of 1,117.30 to 1,158.85 Sq.Ft. and a balcony area of 128.74 Sq.Ft. in every unit. The ground floor carries the Series 3 and 4 plans only, and the 30th floor carries Series 1 and 3 only, so the four-homes-per-floor pattern applies to the intermediate floors.
