The Bagalur-KIADB residential belt in North Bengaluru is witnessing rapid residential development as multiple large-scale housing projects progress across the region. With prominent developments such as Godrej Ananda, Brigade El Dorado, and Prestige Finsbury Park, the area is expected to add more than 20,000 residential units in the coming years, positioning it as one of the most active housing corridors near Kempegowda International Airport.

Located along Bagalur Main Road and within the KIADB Aerospace Park influence zone, the micro-market has emerged as a preferred destination for developers due to its proximity to employment hubs, industrial clusters, and upcoming infrastructure projects. Improved road connectivity and planned transit upgrades have further supported residential traction in this part of North Bengaluru.

Godrej Ananda is being developed as a large residential township with multiple phases offering 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments. Several phases of the project have already been launched and handed over, while newer phases continue to add significant housing supply. The project’s scale and phased development reflect sustained demand in the Bagalur residential market.

Brigade El Dorado is another major township contributing substantially to the upcoming housing inventory. Spread across a large land parcel, the project comprises multiple residential blocks supported by internal infrastructure and amenities. Its location close to the aerospace and industrial belt has strengthened its appeal among professionals working in and around North Bengaluru.

Prestige Finsbury Park further adds to the residential volume in the region. Developed as a multi-phase township, the project includes a mix of apartment configurations catering to different buyer segments. Several phases have been completed, while ongoing activity continues to support the area’s residential expansion.

The concentration of large townships within the Bagalur-KIADB corridor highlights a broader shift toward planned residential development in North Bengaluru. As infrastructure upgrades progress and employment-led demand remains steady, the addition of over 20,000 housing units is expected to significantly reshape the residential landscape of the Bagalur belt in the coming years
