Located along Bagalur Main Road and within the KIADB Aerospace Park influence zone, the micro-market has emerged as a preferred destination for developers due to its proximity to employment hubs, industrial clusters, and upcoming infrastructure projects. Improved road connectivity and planned transit upgrades have further supported residential traction in this part of North Bengaluru.
Godrej Ananda is being developed as a large residential township with multiple phases offering 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments. Several phases of the project have already been launched and handed over, while newer phases continue to add significant housing supply. The project’s scale and phased development reflect sustained demand in the Bagalur residential market.
Brigade El Dorado is another major township contributing substantially to the upcoming housing inventory. Spread across a large land parcel, the project comprises multiple residential blocks supported by internal infrastructure and amenities.
