Century Real Estate is expanding its footprint in Bengaluru East with the upcoming Century Silicon City, a large integrated development in Marathahalli, one of the city’s most strategically connected tech-employment hubs. The project will include 500,000 sq.ft of Grade-A leasable commercial space, planned across two dedicated commercial blocks.
According to project details, the commercial component is designed to cater to IT/ITeS occupiers, corporate offices, and businesses seeking proximity to the Outer Ring Road (ORR) and major tech destinations. The location benefits from excellent connectivity to Whitefield, Bellandur, Sarjapur Road, and HAL Airport Road, making it an attractive micro-market for companies seeking premium workspace in the east-Bengaluru corridor.
In addition to commercial towers, Century Silicon City is planned as a mixed-use development. The master plan indicates that residential apartments will also be introduced within the same project, offering a blend of work-and-living convenience within one integrated township. This aligns with emerging real estate trends where developers are creating multi-use, self-contained ecosystems to meet rising demand from both corporate tenants and city residents.
The commercial blocks—comprising a combined half-million square feet—are expected to feature modern specifications, efficient floor plates, and high-quality infrastructure suited for large-scale enterprise occupiers. With Marathahalli already experiencing strong rental demand due to its proximity to ORR’s IT stretch, the upcoming supply from Century Silicon City is likely to contribute significantly to the region’s Grade-A office inventory.
The project’s integrated nature, combining offices and upcoming residential units, is positioned to offer convenience for employees working in the tech corridor, further strengthening Marathahalli’s role as a key commercial zone in Bengaluru East.
