Bengaluru, June 20, 2025 — Condor Developers has proposed a new commercial office building within Manyata Tech Park, located in Nagavara, North Bengaluru.
The project will involve an investment of ₹105 crore and will feature 3 basements, a ground floor, and 10 upper floors (3B + G + 10UF). The total built-up area is planned at 4,61,567 sq. ft, targeting premium office tenants in the tech and corporate sectors.
