DLF Ltd has achieved a major milestone in India’s luxury residential market with sales of 221 units at its ultra-premium project The Dahlias in Gurugram, generating roughly ₹16,000 crore in bookings.
Launched in October 2022 across a 17-acre site in DLF Phase-5, The Dahlias offers 420 units, including penthouses.Among the sales, one significant purchase saw a Delhi-NCR buyer acquire four units totaling 35,000 sq ft for approximately ₹380 crore.
The average price per apartment works out to about ₹72 crore. This surge in high-end bookings has contributed to DLF’s overall record sales for FY 25, with the company achieving total sales bookings of ₹21,223 crore.
On the financial front, DLF reported a 15% drop in consolidated net profit to ₹1,180 crore for Q2. Yet, sales bookings climbed six-fold year-on-year to ₹4,332 crore in the same quarter, driven in part by the luxury segment’s momentum.
DLF’s strong cash position—with net cash of ₹7,717 crore—supports its development pipeline and ongoing focus on branded luxury housing.
