BENGALURU — Emerald Haven Development Limited has proposed a new high-rise residential project in Kengeri, South Bengaluru. The real estate developer submitted initial plans for the development to expand its residential footprint across the city.
High-Rise Structure and Unit Capacity
The proposed development features two main residential blocks, designated as Block 1 and Block 2. According to the planning documents, both towers will feature a structural layout consisting of a basement, ground floor, and twenty-two upper floors.
Overall, the project plans to deliver more than 550 residential units across the two towers. Consequently, the development will add significant housing capacity to the surrounding neighborhood upon official approval and construction.
Strategic Location in South Bengaluru
The proposed site is located in Kengeri, an established residential zone in the southwestern corridor of Bengaluru. Furthermore, the locality benefits from direct connectivity via the Namma Metro Purple Line, major highways, and nearby commercial centers.
Therefore, the development addresses ongoing housing demand in the suburban market. Local regulatory authorities will review the proposal before environmental clearances and formal building approvals are granted.
