The Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (K-RERA) has officially extended the deadline for promoters to submit the Annual Audit Report (Form-7) for the financial year 2024–25. As mandated under Section 4(2)(1)(D) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, promoters must get their project accounts audited within six months of the financial year’s end and ensure that all collections and withdrawals comply with project progress.
K-RERA has now directed that Form-7, along with audited financial statements—including profit and loss account, balance sheet with schedules, cash flow statements, income tax returns, and the auditor’s report—must be submitted through a dedicated online module on the K-RERA portal. The new deadline for submission is 10 December 2025.
Promoters facing technical issues while logging in can raise a ticket through the Helpdesk. The circular has been approved by the Hon’ble Chairman of K-RERA.
