Embassy Developments — the flagship real estate developer of Embassy Group — has unveiled plans to launch six new residential projects in North Bengaluru during FY26, representing a total development value of approximately ₹10,300 crore.
The combined projects span around 5.6 million square feet and include a variety of premium apartments and villa-style residences, aiming to address growing demand in Bengaluru’s northern corridor.
Notably, two of the upcoming developments — Embassy Greenshore and Embassy Verde Phase II — have already secured regulatory clearance under RERA, and are part of the large integrated township Embassy Springs. Greenshore alone will offer over 800 apartments in 2-, 3-, and 4-BHK configurations with enhanced layouts and premium finishes.
In addition, a new residential project in Hebbal — adjoining the sold-out Embassy Lake Terraces — is planned over a 10-acre plot, envisaging 600+ premium units in 3- and 4-BHK formats.
Beyond apartments, the developer also intends to launch two villa-based communities: an invite-only villa enclave and a premium villa development, together covering around 116 acres.
Commenting on the launch, the company indicated a pre-sales target of ₹5,000 crore for the upcoming fiscal year, reflecting confidence in strong demand, especially in North Bengaluru — regarded as one of its most strategic markets.
The new projects are expected to strengthen Embassy Group’s residential footprint in Bengaluru, offering homebuyers a blend of premium apartments, villa options, and integrated township lifestyle. Potential buyers, investors and market watchers may view this as a significant development signal for Bengaluru’s northern real estate corridor.
