Bengaluru – Newgen Developers has unveiled plans for a major new residential development at the rapidly growing Hitech, Defense & Aerospace Park in Bagalur, North Bengaluru. The development will comprise six towers, each rising 23 floors above a double basement and ground floor (2B+G+23F) structure. The architectural design is being led by RSP Design Consultants, one of India’s leading architectural firms known for their innovative and sustainable residential blueprints.
The proposed project is strategically located in the Hitech, Defense & Aerospace Park—an emerging real estate and industrial hotspot. This area is gaining attention for its proximity to the Kempegowda International Airport, major tech parks, and upcoming metro connectivity, making it a promising residential destination for professionals and investors alike.
With over 2,000 apartment units planned, the project aims to offer a blend of modern design, community-focused living, and high-end amenities. Though unit configurations and pricing details are yet to be released, sources close to the project suggest a mix of 1, 2, and 3 BHK apartments will be on offer.
The launch is expected to be accompanied by extensive green landscapes, clubhouse amenities, and sustainable building practices in line with the latest urban development trends in Bengaluru.
